THE UNIQUENESS OF DRAGONFLY YOGA CLASSES

Dragonfly yoga is different to the run of the mill yoga class with a definitive class for each individual, enabling one to work at their own level. Normal every day yoga classes cater for the average person and not for the varying levels of beginners, intermediate and advanced students. For the experienced yogi, a general class can lead to a stagnation of practise or possible injury to the new recruit if the class is not tailored to their level. The wide range of classes, styles and levels on offer, keeps the student fluid within a variety of styles, melting duality understanding the interconnectedness of the microcosm to the microcosm, unfolding a progression physically, emotionally and spiritually.
