POLE FITNESS (Ladies Only)
Offering Introduction, Beginners and Intermediate Classes
Pole fitness it one of the latest fitness regimes to increase
strength, flexibility, confidence and fun using a
vertical pole as a prop. The class consists of warm up exercises,
focusing on hand grips, walking, turning, and simple spins
choreographed to music with exercises on and off the pole. To finish
there will be a set of abdominal workout exercises and stretches.
The beginner’s introduction is suitable for all levels of
fitness with an inspiration to learn about pole moves.

If you ever wanted to try the pole classes but unsure of signing up
for a course, this could be the class for you. This class is
suitable for beginners and improvers and each person given suitable
spins for their level.
