POLE DANCING (Ladies Only)

Offering Introduction, Beginners and Intermediate Levels

Pole fitness it one of the latest fitness regimes to increase strength, flexibility, confidence and fun using a vertical pole as a prop. The class consists of warm up exercises, focusing on hand grips, walking, turning, and simple spins choreographed to music with exercises on and off the pole. To finish there will be a set of abdominal workout exercises and stretches. The beginner’s introduction is suitable for all levels of fitness with an inspiration to learn about pole moves.

The studio offers three professional 50mm XX T-Poles, from the world leader in professional fitness and dance equipment X-Pole.

The poles offer fixed and spinning uses and feature the flush x-lock mechanism.
