DENISE FERGUSON (DHARMATMA KAUR)
has practised yoga for 15 years, holding Yoga Alliance international
accreditation and also a teacher of students ERYT 200 RYT 500, BSYA,
registration with The Register of Exercise Professional at level 3
advanced instructor.
Kundalini Yoga teacher and Kundalini Children’s yoga teacher with Sun Yoga and Gurudass brain gym. Registered with International Kundalini Teachers Association.
Pilates Mat based teacher and REPs Level 3 advanced teacher.
Continuing education is with Kundalini level 2, Kundalini Yoga Internship.
STEVEN (MUKHTIAR SINGH)
has been practising Yoga since 2004, accredited with Yoga Alliance
RYT 200 Hatha Yoga from Cambridge School of Yoga and completed the
KRI Level 1 Kundalini Teacher Training.
Steven also teaches Restorative Yoga, using blocks and bolsters with relaxing music with guided meditation to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind.
