CLASS PAYMENT STRUCTURE FOR DRAGONFLY YOGA CLASS

There are a variety of ways to pay with Dragonfly Yoga classes, something suitable for all with an added incentive for students and young person’s discounts. Dragonfly yoga notifies students classes on offer approximately 6 weeks in advance, with most classes running throughout all holidays including bank holidays, summer, Easter and Christmas. Each month a payment form listing all classes and workshops will be handed out either email or paper based to each student; please inform Dragonfly yoga if you do not have access to the email format as special provisions will be made to ensure you receive a paper based form. The payment form also lists a date by which it should be returned or additional charges will incur (please check clause 1.0 below).

Clause 1.0 payments via cash cheque or bank transfer received later than the stipulated date on the form will incur a late payment charge of £2.00.

Pre- Paid but missed a class...

Dragonfly yoga offers the facility to swap and make up any missed classes within the same month space permitting. Missed classes cannot be carried over from month to month but can be transferred from person to person. Dragonfly yoga has a variety of classes, levels and styles whereby a missed class can be made up at another style or offered to a friend at their level, or try another style or pilates etc.  Making up a class which is less cost will not be refunded. Notice should always be given on swapping or transferrable classes to enable the teacher to check for space and suitability.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given to any pre-booked class or course if the attendee does not arrive for class. Refunds will be given for any class not running.

STUDENT DISCOUNTS

I have joined forces with Fareham College to offer students the opportunity to get fit at reasonable costs. Any student under the age of 21yrs will receive a 20% discount on classes. This includes all classes and workshops and all payment methods, but cannot be used in conjunction with family discount schemes.
