Dragonfly Yoga

Denise Ferguson
Yoga is a journey; it should not be hurried or forced. Yoga is a continuous life scholarship of self learning.
I have been practising yoga for 13 years incorporating various styles (Iyengar, Kundalini, Ashtanga &  Anusarua). My love for the spiritual & philosophical side is prevalent within my classes.
I am Yoga Alliance RYT 200, E-RYT &  RYT500 Registered Yoga Teacher Accredited which is an international accreditation with strict ethics and codes of conduct. I hold British School of Yoga Teachers Diploma passed with distinction and recently trained with Richard Freeman (world famous Ashtanga Yogi).
I hold membership with The Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3 (Advanced Instructor R0026829). I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher undertaking Level 2 certification.  I am also a Sun Yoga Children's Teacher and insured to work with Pre & Post Natal ladies.
